How it works
- Tell us your story
Let’s chat about what you’re looking to build and see if our team is a good fit for the project. - Define the scope
We’ll take a look at all the details of your project and discuss how to split up the work on our team. - Source the right design/build professionals
We’ll present you with several options for vetted design and build professionals to identify those that are the right fit. - Bid management
We’ll manage a formal bidding process that starts with an RFP, which outlines all of your requirements. We’ll then compile bids to ensure they are comprehensive and standardized, before working to lock-in on the ideal proposal. - We’ll with you every step of the way
Throughout the process, you can be sure you’ll have a professional on our end, working in your best interests.
Meet the Team
We’re a talented group of builders, project consultants, and writers who are passionate about construction. Portland Architects is a regional online magazine focusing on the construction and housing industry. The magazine celebrates the best builders, remodelers, and architects in the Portland metropolitan area and is a trusted source for recommendations about construction professionals. In addition to helpful guides and inspirational resources for current and future homeowners, we offer consultation services and building expertise. Our story started in 2016 when we realized that there was a lack of well-researched, long-form, and geographically focused information about contractors across various project types. Our mission continues to be to help property owners discover the right builder for their project, and to recognize those construction companies that have a proven track record of excellent craftsmanship.
